The Role:
This proactive, outbound role is perfect for someone moving from customer service or telephone-based work into talent acquisition. Rather than simply screening inbound applications, you'll be approaching candidates directly. You'll identify and contact prospective candidates across various sectors and roles using job boards, our ATS and other sourcing channels. Full training on recruitment and sourcing will be provided. You'll work closely with our wider team to build strong talent pipelines ahead of client need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach candidates across multiple sectors and roles using job boards, our ATS and other sourcing channels
- Reach out directly to prospective candidates by phone and in writing to introduce opportunities and gauge interest
- Build and nurture talent pools and pipelines for future vacancies
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, shortlisting the strongest for the team
- Keep candidate pipelines and our ATS up to date and accurate
- Learn how employer-branded advertising and candidate attraction campaigns are built and run
You:
- At least two years' experience in a customer service or telephone-based role
- Confident, articulate telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with systems and data
- A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in moving into talent acquisition or recruitment
