Working alongside experienced Managers and Directors, you'll become a key member of the Accounts team, managing a varied portfolio of clients while delivering commercially focused advice and exceptional service.
You'll be responsible for
Senior Accountant Responsibilities
Preparing year-end statutory accounts for a broad portfolio of clients.
Building strong, long-term relationships with owner-managed businesses.
Advising clients on improving and streamlining their accounting processes.
Preparing corporation tax computations and personal tax calculations.
Identifying tax planning opportunities where appropriate.
Working closely with colleagues across Tax, Audit and Business Advisory teams.
Delivering an outstanding client experience through proactive communication.
Supporting, mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
You'll be someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to continue developing within a supportive and ambitious environment. You'll ideally have:
Senior Accountant Attributes
ACA or ACCA part-qualified, nearly qualified or newly qualified.
Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
Experience working with owner-managed businesses.
Strong accounts preparation experience.
Good knowledge of accounting software (experience with CCH would be advantageous).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive attitude and genuine desire to develop your career.
