We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our busy recruitment team. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment journey for candidates in compliance with Ofsted and CQC Regulations. Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: £27,040

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment role.
  • Experience within CQC or Ofsted-regulated recruitment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the recruitment process from advert to appointment.
  • Posting job adverts and managing candidate applications.
  • Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate records on recruitment trackers and systems.
  • Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation in line with safer recruitment standards.
  • Acting as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries.
  • Providing general administrative support to the recruitment team.
