We are working with a leading manufacturing and aerospace organisation based in Farnborough to recruit a Coil Winding Operative .
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in precision manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace technology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-spec production environment supporting cutting-edge engineering projects within the aerospace sector.
Key Responsibilities for a Coil Winding Operative:
Carry out coil winding activities in line with engineering specifications and production requirements
Assemble and inspect components while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
Support production processes in line with strict quality and safety standards
Conduct basic testing and inspection of finished products
Work from engineering drawings, technical instructions, and specifications
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Key Requirements for a Coil Winding Operative:
Previous coil winding, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is advantageous
A strong interest in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace
Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
Excellent manual dexterity and a precision-focused approach
Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to learning
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
