Designer Recruitment are seeking a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead for our client who specialises in luxury kitchens in Cheshire. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, we are looking for a performance-driven Digital Acquisition Lead to deliver our client's paid media, SEO, CRO, and digital acquisition strategy across the brand's network. You will manage a multi-channel digital strategy to drive qualified leads, enhance conversion performance, and optimise marketing ROI. This is a permanent role offering up to £40,000 for the right candidate. Hybrid working available.

Digital Marketing & Acquisition Lead duties:

  • Own and deliver the brand's digital acquisition strategy, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and measurable business growth.
  • Manage all paid media channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn, optimising for CPL, CTR, and conversion rate.
  • Oversee performance and budget allocation across all digital channels, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Lead SEO strategy and collaborate with content teams to improve visibility, website performance, and organic lead acquisition.
  • Lead CRO strategies across websites and landing pages, analysing data to implement experiments that improve conversion performance.
  • Brief, test, and optimise creative content used across paid media campaigns, working with designers and copywriters to continually enhance performance.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and calls to action.

Candidate Specification:

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with SEO tools and strategies for on-page and off-page optimisation.
  • Experience with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize, or equivalent.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or equivalent reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong budget management and analytical skills, with experience reporting on CAC, CPL, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with the Social & Email Marketing Lead to align acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion.
  • Experiment with new lead generation channels and strategies, documenting performance and scaling successful approaches.
