Title: Administrator/Receptionist Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 Details: Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator/Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to p rovide office support to management and employees, coordinating daily administrative and reception tasks. Duties include: Answering, transferring calls and taking messages. Filing and Archiving of Financial and Project documents. Conference room bookings and diary management. Maintain a tidy reception area, arranging refreshments for visitors/meetings. Receiving, sorting, distributing and logging Incoming/Outgoing Mail. Printing, laminating and producing memos, letters etc. Preparing Health and Safety folders and handover to Contract Manager/Project Managers. Updating and issuing Phone and Project List. Accessing shared drive, saving Health and Safety site reports to project file and issuing to Management and Site Manager. Completing stationary stock checklist weekly and placing orders through Buyer. Assisting finance with administrative tasks and inputting. Ensure all company internal processes and administration are adhered to in a timely manner. Comply with policies and procedures to protect the health, safety and welfare of self and others. Person Specification: Previous experience in an Administration/Reception role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills. Experience of MS office. Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. TPBN1_UKTJ
