Full time hours on a temporarybasis
Increasing tenant participation by creating and improving opportunities for residents to influence and scrutinise housing services, policies, and strategies.
Supporting tenant-led groups, forums, and activities that help shape council decision-making and service delivery.
Gathering and analysing tenant feedback through surveys, focus groups, resident associations, events, and digital engagement methods.
Identifying service improvements based on customer insight and ensuring residents are informed about how their feedback has influenced changes.
Promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and digital inclusion, particularly by encouraging involvement from under-represented groups
