Robert Half Ltd are delighted to be partnering with an Oxford City Centre-based organisation looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience to join a supportive environment, driving process improvements, leading a small team, and ensuring the efficient delivery of accounts receivable and credit control operations. Key responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and improve robust systems for invoicing, reconciliations, credit control, and banking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Implement processes to minimise risk, maximise collections, and oversee debt reporting, escalation, and recovery Ensure all income and transactions are fully reconciled to supporting records and accurately reported Review and streamline processes, drive integration with IT systems, and identify technology-based solutions for efficiency Maintain clear documentation, ensure adherence to regulations and respond to audit queries Manage, develop, and support the AR and credit control team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and customer service Maintain effective communication with internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring issues are addressed proactively What they\’re looking for: Previous experience managing a small team Experience of managing the invoicing and credit control processes in a high-volume environment Flexibility to adapt and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Good IT Skills including Excel Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
