A growing technology business is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing customer accounts rather than chasing cold new business. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help businesses adopt modern technology solutions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Re-engaging inactive clients and identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building long-term relationships through consultative account management
  • Selling a range of technology solutions including connectivity, cloud and communications
  • Preparing proposals, negotiating deals and closing business
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
