We're looking for a customer-focused Senior IT Engineer with strong networking expertise to join the growing team.
The Role You'll lead and support networking projects, manage infrastructure, and provide remote and on-site support.
You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support secure, scalable network solutions across multi-site customer environments.
Lead the delivery of network and core infrastructure projects, including new installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Manage and maintain on-prem and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Provide senior-level support for routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
Administer and support Windows Server environments, virtualised platforms (Hyper-V), and associated services.
Support and optimise Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune.
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and security; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Implement and maintain security policies, patching, firmware updates, and disaster recovery solutions.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing remote and on-site support where required.
Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
Work closely with senior management and other technical teams to define standards, policies, and best practices.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight to junior engineers and field teams.
