Are you a Maintenance Supervisor, Manager or similar from a manufacturing, forces, or industrial background, looking for a leading, senior role overseeing a team of 20 skilled Engineers? Are you looking to be recognised as the go-to expert within a large, long-standing company, responsible for handling day-to-day challenges both on and off the tools?

In this days-based role you will be dealing with issues and supporting the maintenance team within a large industrial site. There will be an element of hands-on work, but primarily you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a diverse team.

This role would suit someone from a maintenance background with people management experience, looking for a varied, challenging role supervising a team of over 20 Engineers.

The Role:
  • Supervising a team of over 20 Engineers within a busy industrial site
  • Handling maintenance scheduling and team issues
  • Primarily hands-off (80%) with some hands-on work (20%)
  • Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, finish at 4:30pm on Friday
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x
