As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the store, leading your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving commercial and operational targets. - Experience within a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to deliver against KPIs
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills
- A customer-first approach with high service standards
- Confidence making commercial and operational decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
