Maintenance Electrician / Technician Site Based Role Overview: We are seeking skilled Maintenance Electricians / Technicians to oversee the upkeep of all equipment, ensuring optimal functionality within a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities include: * Conducting electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on a range of equipment, including agricultural machinery, HVAC systems, high-speed PLC-controlled machinery, packaging equipment, hydraulic winch control systems, and site utilities. * Monitoring line and machine performance, exercising initiative to detect faults and decide on appropriate actions, whether immediate repairs or escalation. * Executing preventative maintenance efficiently and safely. * Maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and updating maintenance management on progress. * Ensuring cleanliness in work areas and transit areas. * Updating the maintenance management system (CMMS) and maintaining records of changes, transactions, and work completed. Competencies: * Level 3 maintenance electrical qualification. * Proficiency in working with 3-phase, single-phase, and DC controls. * Comprehensive understanding of electrical and electro-mechanical systems. * Ideally, apprentice-trained and qualified Electrician to level 3 in maintenance or above, with a strong mechanical aptitude. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a maintenance environment, preferably wi…
