DO YOU LOVE PANEER?! Are you obsessed with food, social media and creating content that actually makes people hungry? Do you want to be part of a fast-paced, female-led brand that’s changing the way people see Indian food? Join All The Aunties — a bold, flavour-first startup bringing handmade, high-protein paneer into kitchens, delis and supermarkets nationwide.
Who we are:
All The Aunties is a modern celebration of heritage, food, and very very good vibes. We launched with one goal: to make paneer THE hero of every plate. Our product is handmade in the UK with 100% British dairy, and comes in punchy flavours like Chilli & Turmeric and Garlic & Herb. We’re stocked in Whole Foods, Bayley & Sage, soon to be national retail and are popping up at delis, events, and festivals across the UK.
We’re here to reimagine South Asian food culture for a new generation — and to have fun doing it.
Our values:
- Bring the Flavour – In food, in content, in personality.
- No Auntie Left Behind – Celebrate our community, collaborate always, and champion joy.
- Make It Delicious – Every piece of content should make someone want to eat, cook, or share.
- Be Scrappy, Stay Spicy – We're a start-up. We move fast, stay real and don’t wait for permission. It's going to be spicy.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help grow our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters and more. You’ll create content, support in-store activations, and help build our content engine from the ground up.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating fun, snackable content — especially recipe reels, BTS, chef collabs and founder moments.
- Supporting and filming in-store demos and samplings.
- Writing witty, warm captions and on-brand copy.
- Assisting with content planning and scheduling.
- Organising and editing visual assets.
- Engaging with our community across platforms.
- Writing blog content and email newsletters.
- Working closely with the founders and wider team on brand activations.
What we’re looking for:
- A natural storyteller with an eye for content trends.
- Passionate about food and the cultural power of it.
- Confident filming and editing video on your phone or editing software.
- Social native — especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Positive, proactive and unafraid to get stuck in (this is a hands-on, high-energy role).
- Bonus: design, photography or SEO/blog skills.
What you’ll get from us:
- Real experience inside a fast-moving startup.
- Hands-on mentoring and the chance to shape how we show up as a brand.
- Salary range (depending on experience) £32,000 - £40,000.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Lots (and we mean LOTS) of paneer.
- Days in lieu for working weekends (during trade shows etc).
How to Apply:
Please email riya@alltheaunties.co.uk with your CV, social handles/portfolio, and a few lines about why you’re the right fit.
DEADLINE: Initial stage applications will be closing 16th May with a view to filling the role in time for August.
