We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Support executive to join our friendly Commercial team.
You don't need years of travel experience – if you're organised, love working with people, enjoy planning and have a great eye for detail, we'll give you the opportunity to build a fantastic career.
From helping organise unforgettable group holidays to working alongside our Trade and Groups teams, no two days are the same.
You'll even have opportunities to attend industry events and visit our ships.
- What you'll be doing
- You'll be the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes by:
- Supporting the Business Development Manager and our Groups & Trade Team.
- Assisting customers and travel partners with group booking enquiries by phone and email.
- Helping organise festive cruises and special group events.
- Managing booking information, cabin allocations and customer records.
- Preparing information for our onboard teams to ensure every guest has an amazing experience.
- Keeping our booking systems accurate and up to date.
- Helping improve processes and finding smarter ways of working.
- Representing the business at travel industry events and occasional ship visits.
What we're looking for

- Great at juggling different tasks.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbally.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

A degree is welcomed but not essential. Graduates in Business, Tourism, Events, Hospitality, Marketing or similar subjects are encouraged to apply.
A full UK driving licence and valid passport are required.
