Unlike many construction and labouring roles, you will be based at a single site, meaning no constant travelling from project to project. The Role as a General Labourer: This is a hands-on role working outdoors in all weather conditions. The work can be physically demanding and can get very dirty throughout the day, so applicants must be comfortable working in a practical environment. You will be supporting site operations, assisting with manual tasks, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
