Salary: £40,000 basic salary plus performance-related bonuses

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (7:00am – 3:30pm)

Notice Period: 2 weeks

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Sales Team Manager to lead and support a busy sales and delivery team. This is a fast-paced operational role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisation, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of leading by example.
