Locations: KingsLynn (3 locations)
Shift Types:
- Day Shifts: 7 am – 7 pm
- Wake Nights: 7 pm – 7 am (fully awake)
- Sleep Nights: 7 pm – 7 am — 9‑hour sleep period, with up to 2 disturbances (may become wake night if needed)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Person‑centred care: personal care, meals, meds, mobility, daily living tasks
- Night support: stay alert during wake nights; on sleep nights, manage scheduled sleep periods, respond to disturbances
- Community & skill development: supporting outings, activities, independence
- Record‑keeping & teamwork with colleagues, families, professionals
Who We’re Looking For:
- Compassionate, patient, respectful individuals
- Flexible & reliable: able to work 12‑hour shifts (days, nights, weekends)
- Good communication skills
- Experience with learning disabilities, mental health, or support work is a plus — training provided
- Comfortable with both sleep‑night and wake‑night shifts
