We have 2 fantastic permanent positions available with a leading manufacturer supplying the pharmaceutical, food and medical industry.
If you have experience with mechanical assembly, can read technical drawings, and enjoy working with your hands using a variety of tools, we would love to hear from you!
- A history within an engineering environment is an advantage.
- Must have good mechanical skills and experience using associated tools.
- Experience with brazing/soldering is required as this is an essential skill needed for the role; training provided if not necessary.
- Fabrications/assembly of steel framework all the way through to final stage of build of Astell Autoclaves.
- Install electrical chassis and connect wiring looms; experience here will be of benefit but is not essential, training provided if not necessary.
- Installation of pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
- Good communication and organisational skills are required.
- Must have the ability to operate in a directed team effort and follow specific instructions, but also work on one’s own initiative when necessary.
- Read schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly; training provided.
