FITTER / LABOURER - DECOMMISSIONING
CSCS + Valid IPAF 3A & 3B

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

Driving: Essential - full UK driving licence required
All Talent Solutions are recruiting experienced Fitter / Labourers for our client in Swanscombe.
We are looking for hands‑on, reliable workers with previous decommissioning experience to join the team.
This is a physical, practical role involving the decommissioning, dismantling and removal of equipment and installations, along with general fitting and labouring duties.
The Role as a Labourer
- Decommissioning and dismantling equipment and installations
- Assisting with the safe removal of machinery, structures and equipment
- Supporting fitters during decommissioning projects
- Using hand and power tools
- Working at height where required
- Operating MEWPs/access equipment using IPAF certification
- Moving, loading and unloading equipment and materials
- General site labouring and housekeeping
- Following method statements, risk assessments and site safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
You MUST have as a Labourer:
- Plant Machine Fitter's Mate
- Essential:
- CSCS Card
- Valid IPAF 3A & 3B
- Previous plant/machinery fitting or mechanical experience
- Decommissioning experience essential
- Comfortable working at height
- Full PPE
- Reliable and able to work as part of a fitting team
- Driving licence preferred/essential depending on site requirements
- Able to work Monday-Friday, 07:00-17:00
