The Opportunity

You’ll take control of cruise inventory, pricing, and promotions working cross-functionally to maximise revenue and occupancy. If you’re analytical, proactive, and confident working autonomously while collaborating with multiple teams, this role puts you right at the heart of commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inventory & Setup
- Own cruise inventory setup across all sales channels
- Ensure cabins are always available and optimally distributed
- Configure offers across Direct, Trade, and Affiliate channels
- Manage berthing and unlock capacity where needed
- Partner with Contact Centre teams to maximise oversell opportunities
- Pricing & Promotions
- Create and manage promotional campaigns aligned to commercial goals
- Continuously monitor and optimise performance to drive conversion and yield
- Track competitor activity and keep pricing competitive
- Spot opportunities to influence demand and drive sales direction
- Communicate changes clearly across all stakeholders
- Performance & Yield
- Monitor revenue and occupancy performance across sailings
- Identify underperformance and take decisive action
- Maximise yield on high-demand cruises through pricing and availability control
- Analyse booking trends and onboard spend to generate insights
- Evaluate what’s working and what’s not to continuously improve results
What You Bring
- Proven experience in inventory and trading (travel/cruise a plus, not essential)
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence in data-led decisions
- Commercial instinct with a focus on revenue and yield growth
- Clear communicator who can influence across teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working at pace, managing shifting priorities
Working Pattern
Hybrid: 3 days in office (Mon-Wed), 2 days remote
Hours: 09:00, Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
