Events Delivery Manager salary: 30k location :1 – 2 DAYS IN OFFICE BASED PURFLEET MUST DRIVE AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY Location: Purfleet / Hybrid (with some international travel) Reports to: Chief Experience Officer (CXO) About the Role We re looking for an organised and proactive Events Delivery Manager to help plan and deliver charter and themed cruises. You ll work closely with clients, ship teams, and internal departments to make sure every cruise runs smoothly and delivers a great guest experience. This role is ideal for someone with project or event management experience who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. What You ll Be Doing * Coordinate and manage charter and themed cruise projects from planning through delivery * Work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all cruise requirements are met * Keep project plans, schedules, and administration up to date * Attend meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders * Support onboard operations during charter cruises when required * Monitor budgets and approve project spending * Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track * Ensure health
