We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Charter Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of bespoke charter cruises and themed events from start to finish. A charter cruise is when a company, organisation, travel group or special-interest group books all or part of a cruise ship for a private event. This could include corporate events, themed cruises, incentive trips or exclusive group bookings. Your role is to ensure every aspect of the charter is delivered seamlessly, providing an exceptional experience for both clients and guests.
Before the Cruise
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating every aspect of the charter by:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Planning and organising charter events and themed cruises
- Creating and managing project plans and schedules
- Coordinating suppliers and key stakeholders
- Ensuring all teams understand their responsibilities
- Managing budgets and monitoring project costs
During the Cruise
When travelling onboard, you will:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client
- Ensure all events and activities are delivered as planned
- Resolve any issues quickly and professionally
