Salary: £24,500 basic plus bonuses

Contracted Hours: 35 per week (7:00am - 2:30pm)

Sales Drivers play a key role in delivering not only products but also an outstanding customer experience while actively contributing to daily sales growth.

The Objectives

We are seeking confident, professional, and self-motivated individuals with strong personality and excellent communication skills to join an established team as Sales Drivers. Starting at 7:00am, you will load your vehicle with freshly prepared hot and cold food before delivering and selling to a designated customer route. You will be provided with an initial route and will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales by developing customer relationships, expanding your route, and maximising business opportunities throughout the day. A significant part of the role involves proactive selling and cold calling, so confidence in approaching new customers and promoting the service is essential. This is a performance-driven role where the more you sell, the more you earn, with bonuses paid based on weekly sales performance.

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary of £24,500
  • Weekly performance-based bonuses available
  • No weekend or bank holiday work
  • No evenings or overtime
  • NEST pension scheme (auto-enrolment after 3 months)
  • 28 days paid holiday per year (including 8 bank holidays)

Must Haves

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience using card payment machines
  • Punctual, reliable, honest, and trustworthy
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Over 30 years of age (due to insurance requirements)
