The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Sweeper Driver, you will be responsible for operating a road sweeper safely and efficiently, ensuring roads, industrial sites and surrounding areas are kept clean and maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Operate an HGV Class 2 road sweeper safely and responsibly.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Complete scheduled sweeping routes.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Keep accurate records where required.
- Represent the company professionally while on site.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous road sweeper driving experience is essential.
- Good understanding of driver hours and vehicle safety.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with excellent work ethic.
