We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated Supervisor to join our friendly team in All Star Lanes Stratford. This role will suit a professional who already has an experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in a busy hospitality establishment and is looking to take a next step in their career – our Supervisors are our next generation of Managers!
As a Supervisor you will support management in leading from the front, motivate and empower team members to provide outstanding service and ensuring exceptional service and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven track record in similar role within fastpaced, high-energy hospitality environment is essential,
- Drive to continuous professional growth within the organization,
- Sleevesup, hands-on attitude, discipline and integrity,
- Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat,
- Strong multitasker with keen eye for detail and warm personality
