We are now seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager who will support the management team in day‑to‑day operations.
The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will take full ownership of the front‑of‑house experience – leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, streamline operations and inspire your team to shine. With a strong focus on leadership, you will foster a safe, supportive and high‑performing environment and ensure the delivery of memorable experiences, wanting our guests to come back for more.
What you need to succeed
- Proven track record in running high‑energy, high‑volume restaurants, bars or experience venues on a managerial level with a strong understanding of front‑of‑house operations
- Savvy in stock and wastage management as well as staff scheduling and hiring
- Advanced understanding of food hygiene, H&S, and all things compliance
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to perform at their best
- Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat
