As an Assistant Manager, you will take full ownership of the front‑of‑house experience – leading from the front to deliver exceptional service, streamlining operations and inspiring your team to shine. With a strong focus on leadership, you will foster a safe, supportive and high‑performing environment and ensure the delivery of memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back.

Proven track record in running high‑energy, high‑volume restaurants, bars or experience venues on a managerial level with a strong understanding of front‑of‑house operations. Savvy in stock and wastage management as well as staff scheduling and hiring. Advanced understanding of food hygiene, H&S and all things compliance.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for coaching, motivating and empowering team members to perform at their best. Ability to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat.
