All Square Recruitment are seeking Window Fabricators for a well-established, Employee-Owned company based in Witham. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable role with a clear path to permanent employment.
Shift Pattern:
- Mon–Thu: 06:00 – 14:30
- Fri: 06:00 – 14:00 (Early finish for the weekend!)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Learning the operations of various departments within the window production process.
- Supporting the stores department by assembling customer and window packs.
- Using hand tools to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Ensuring all work meets company Quality Standards.
- Manual handling of products and components.
- Developing knowledge of various window furniture options.
- Reading and interpreting assembly-based drawings.
Requirements:
- Previous window assembly experience (or transferable skills from a similar manufacturing/assembly role).
- Confidence and experience using hand tools.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
