This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer on a temp-to-perm basis, with a structured skills development pathway and genuine long-term progression as you build your expertise in glass production. Key Responsibilities * Operate specialist machinery to process and manufacture glass products to a high standard. * Observe all quality systems and processes relevant to glass processing at all times. * Adhere to all health and safety systems and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment. * Carry out periodic housekeeping and machine maintenance activities in line with the company’s schedules, quality systems, and procedures. * Achieve output and productivity targets in line with production requirements. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the production process. * Support the training and development of colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice. * Complete a structured skills training programme, including safe glass handling within the first two weeks, followed by primary, complementary, second, and third skills training over the following months.
