All Square Recruitment are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client\’s team in Wickford, focusing on stock control, goods-in, and overall warehouse maintenance. A Full Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is required. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position with potential for growth for the right candidate. The Warehouse Operative role will involve: * Manual Handling: Routinely lifting boxes up to 25kg. * Stock Management: Replenishing stock to satisfactory levels and accurately checking in new deliveries. * Warehouse Organisation: Maintaining clear stock locations and ensuring a tidy warehouse environment. * Stock Control: Performing necessary stock checks and identifying/reporting location errors. * FLT Operation: Moving stock between departments and working across multiple sites when required. * Team Collaboration: Assisting packers with heavy lifting, providing cover for other warehouse departments, and maintaining regular communication with other teams. * Performing other general warehouse tasks as needed.
