Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role

All Square Recruitment is looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a friendly, well-established manufacturing team in Great Bentley. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable daytime role with an excellent work-life balance (no weekends). Full training is provided, so whilst experience is a bonus, a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

What You Will Do

  • Operating straightforward production machinery (fully trained).
  • Checking products to ensure they meet high quality standards.
  • Assisting with light picking and packing of items.
  • Working teamfully to meet daily goals and keeping the workspace tidy.
