Injection Mould Setter

All Square Recruitment are hiring an Injection Mould Setter for a reputable employer based in Clacton, Essex. Injection Mould Setter – Responsibilities * Start up, set, cycle, adjust, and monitor moulding machines daily * Ensure safe and efficient operation of mould shop equipment * Maintain moulds, machines, and accessory equipment to top standards * Keep tools and equipment clean and in full working order * Carry out mould/colour changes safely and efficiently * Monitor all assigned equipment to ensure safety and performance * Mount and dismount injection mould tools with precision * Manage waste disposal from the moulding process correctly * Maximise machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness * Support team operations and assist with machine operation as needed * Follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety Required Skills and Experience * Proven experience as an Injection Mould Setter * Knowledge of moulding materials, including Nylon, Polycarbonate, PVC, Styrene, Polyester, Polypropylene, etc. * Experience with Boy hydraulic machines (preferred) * A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to learn and take on new tasks * Confidence, strong communication skills, and a team-focused attitude * Attention to detail and ability to work independently What’s on offer? * £35,000 – £45,000 salary (DOE) * 25 days’ annual leave * Health & well being programme * Corporate membership at a local Gym & Spa * Free on-site parking
