This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, expanding business on a temp-to-perm basis, with genuine long-term stability and the chance to grow as the company continues to scale across the region. Key Responsibilities * Assist with the efficient processing of goods-in, checking deliveries for accuracy and quality. * Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and confidently around the warehouse and yard. * Drive a forklift on public roads on occasion to move stock between the company's warehouse sites, in line with all road safety requirements. * Move, load, and unload stock between multiple warehouse locations in the local area. * Carry out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organising stock. * Undertake heavy lifting as part of daily duties, following correct manual handling procedures. * Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control processes. * Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines. * Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, keeping the working environment safe and tidy. Candidate Requirements & Qualifications * A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential. * A full, valid UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves driving a forklift on public roads between sites. * Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce environment is highly desirable. * Willingness and ability to carry out heavy lifting as part of the role. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
