All Square Recruitment is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a market-leading client based in Dunmow, Essex. This role offers a brilliant opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will understand the vital importance of handling premium goods with the utmost care. This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis. Because this is a physical role within a fast-paced production and distribution environment, you will work as part of a dedicated team. Consequently, your efforts will ensure that every order is processed accurately and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Goods In/Out: You will unload deliveries, check incoming stock, and store items correctly in the warehouse.
  • Execute Order Picking: Our team accurately selects high-value products and components for daily dispatch.
  • Handle Packing & Loading: You must securely pack fragile items to prevent damage. Additionally, you will assist with the safe loading of delivery vehicles.
  • Maintain Stock: The role involves conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining an organised shelving system.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety: You will adhere to manual handling guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace at all times.
