Role Purpose: As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as the primary face of the business, responsible for executing planned and reactive service visits directly on customer sites within your designated territory. You will carry out critical equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance work to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Maintenance: Complete high-quality planned and reactive servicing on customer sites using standard company procedures and checklists.
- Equipment Installation: Install a variety of specialised safety and patient-handling products efficiently across diverse client facilities.
