On behalf of our prestigious client in Chelmsford, All Square Recruitment is seeking a motivated CNC Turner for a dedicated evening shift. This position offers a significant salary premium and is ideal for a technician who enjoys autonomy and a four-day working week. You will play a vital role in ensuring production continuity for mission-critical components.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: 15:00 - 01:15
- Friday: OFF (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week)
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Continuity: Setting and operating Nakamura and Citizen sliding head lathes to manufacture parts according to the production plan.
- Quality Excellence: Taking ownership of first-off and in-process inspections to ensure all components meet the highest quality standards.
- Independent Management: Managing the workload effectively during evening hours, ensuring all quality records and documentation are accurately maintained.
- Maintenance: Performing routine machine checks and maintaining a tidy workspace in compliance with company procedures.
