All Square Recruitment is recruiting Assembly Operatives for a growing company in Colchester, Essex. This is a full-time Night Shift, temporary-to-permanent position.
As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams.
- Working to precise specifications to ensure high-quality output.
- Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Utilising hand and power tools for general assembly tasks.

What We’re Looking For
