All Square Recruitment is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a reputable employer in Colchester, Essex. This is a full-time 'Temp to Perm' position with an immediate start available.
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Operating a busy goods in department
- Working with others to ensure efficient processes
- Efficiently picking and packing items
- Working on a production line while handling products with care
- Handling large products and heavy materials
- Reporting any defects to a supervisor
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and has a great attitude. You should also have:
- Experience packing items or working on a pack bench
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience of Manual Handling
Shift Details
Days: Monday to Friday
Training Shift - 7am till 3pm
Normal shift once training completed - 8:30am till 4:30pm
