All Square Recruitment are working with a precision engineering company based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. They specialise in high-quality component manufacturing, serving various industries and are looking for a skilled CNC Turner Miller with experience operating Fanuc controlled lathes to join their team on a permanent basis. CNC Turner Miller – Responsibilities * Program, set, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls to produce high-precision components. * Work in a small but focused team of engineers * Interpret and work from engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining. * Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and cutting parameters for optimal performance. * Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program adjustments. * Maintain a high level of accuracy, ensuring components meet tight tolerances. * Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and targets while maintaining quality standards. * Perform basic maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure smooth operation. Required Qualifications & Experience * Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with strong experience in Fanuc controlled CNC lathes. * Ability to program and edit Fanuc CNC programs directly on the machine. * Solid understanding of machining techniques, speeds, and feeds for various materials. * Experience working with tight tolerances in a precision engineering environment. * Competence in using precision measuring instruments for quality control. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimise machining processes. Working Hours & Salary Full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) Competitive salary based on experience – £17 to £18 per hour
