All Square Recruitment is currently partnering with a high-precision manufacturing leader in Chelmsford to recruit a skilled CNC Turning Setter/Operator. This role is essential for manufacturing components for the Aerospace and Defence sectors, where "first-off" accuracy is paramount. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in meeting exact drawing specifications and customer promise dates.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 15:30
  • Friday: 07:00 - 14:30 (Early weekend finish)
