All Square Recruitment are working with a well established Precision Engineering Company based in Heybridge, Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner to work with a growing and innovating company. With continuous investments in new machinery they are hiring for Engineers to help the company continue to grow.
The Role
Joining the busy Turning section, you will be integral to producing high-quality, small-batch components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning machines, specifically with Hurco control systems.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Managing CNC manufacturing processes from setup to final assembly.
- Overseeing material selection, assembly, and inspection.
- Ensuring dimensional and surface finish requirements are met.
- Working both independently and as part of a skilled team.
Requirements for the CNC Turner role:
- Proven CNC Turning experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Hurco controls.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Experience with 3D and 5-axis machining is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM processes is advantageous.
- A team-focused approach, with great attention to detail.
