All Square Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Clacton, Essex, to find a skilled CNC Operator for their Sliding Head Section. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional engineering team and work with high-quality components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines in a production cell to meet customer drawing specifications accurately and efficiently. Youβll work closely with the Team Leader, playing a key role in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities * Operating CNC machines (ideally Citizen and/or Hanwha) in a production environment. * Following engineering drawings and specifications. * Performing in-process inspections using metrology equipment. * Maintaining a clean and safe work area. Skills and Experience * Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a high-tolerance manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Knowledge of gauging and inspection procedures. * A βcan-doβ attitude with strong communication and time management skills. * A professional who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controllers, machining plastics, or Autodesk Fusion 360 is a plus but not essential.
