About the Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading electronics manufacturer in Chelmsford, Essex, to recruit Production Operatives. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable employer on a temp to perm basis. We would prefer applicants to have worked in a Production environment before as the work can be quite dextrous.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic connectors, cable assemblies and small components by hand, working to drawings and instructions (full training given).
- Use hand tools and light production equipment to cut, strip, crimp and fit parts.
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy before they move to the next stage.
- Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets.
- Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and a careful, accurate approach.
- Good with your hands and comfortable doing fiddly, precise work.
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
