All Square Recruitment are looking for focused Assembly Operatives to join a specialist manufacturer known for high-performance in Chelmsford, Essex. We are recruiting this role on a temp to perm basis. This role is based in a clean, modern production environment and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision-based assembly work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and assembling small, intricate parts to exact specifications.
- Using various hand tools to complete assembly tasks at a dedicated workbench.
- Ensuring all components are handled with care and meet strict quality standards.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronic assembly environment is highly desirable.
