All Square Recruitment is an independent industrial recruitment agency operating across Essex and the A12 corridor. We specialise in temporary staffing for industrial and logistics businesses, and pride ourselves on being fast, reliable, and genuinely invested in the workers and clients we partner with. We are a small, growing team. That means you will have real responsibility from day one, clear visibility of how the business works, and a genuine path to progression.

The Role: We are looking for a driven, organised, and people-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our temporary staffing desk and support our team. This is a candidate-facing role where your primary focus will be on finding, registering, and managing temporary workers, ensuring our clients have the right people in place exactly when they need them. You will not be expected to sell to clients initially. Your job is to build and maintain a strong pool of available, reliable temporary workers, fill bookings quickly and accurately, and keep attrition low. Done well, this role directly impacts how much the desk earns, which will have a direct, positive impact on the commission you earn.

What you will be doing:

  • Candidate Generation & Registration
    • Proactive Sourcing: Finding new temporary workers through job boards, referrals, database searches, and outbound calls.
    • Compliance & Onboarding: Registering and onboarding candidates compliantly, in keeping with regulations across the EAS, GLAA (if applicable to your sectors), and other regulatory bodies.
    • Pipeline Building: Creating and maintaining a pipeline of available workers across different skill sets and shift patterns.
    • Database Management: Growing and updating the candidate database, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
  • Booking Fulfilment
    • Filling Bookings: Taking booking requirements from consultants and filling them quickly with suitable, available workers.
    • Matching: Pairing workers to roles based on skills, reliability, and location.
    • Check-ins: Confirming shift details with workers and following up to ensure attendance.
    • Reactive Management: Handling same-day gaps, cancellations, and last-minute changes with urgency and composure.
  • Worker Management & Retention
    • Relationship Building: Staying in regular contact with active workers to understand their availability and flag any potential issues early.
    • Query Resolution: Handling worker queries, concerns, and questions professionally and quickly.
    • Retention: Taking ownership of reducing attrition by building strong relationships so workers choose us first.
  • Administration & Compliance
    • CRM Maintenance: Keeping the CRM system up to date with registrations, bookings, placements, and worker statuses.
    • Right to Work: Ensuring all workers are fully compliant and vetted before they start on site.
    • KPI Tracking: Tracking weekly activity KPIs and reporting progress to the consultants.

What we are looking for:

  • Essentials
    • Drive: A strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace in a high-activity environment.
    • Communication: An excellent telephone manner—confident, clear, and personable.
    • Organisation: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Resilience: Self-motivated and resilient; you understand that this role involves a high volume of outbound calls and occasional rejection.
    • Rapport: A genuine “people person” who builds rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds.
    • Target-Driven: Comfortable working towards targets and performance KPIs. Performance based bonuses will be in place once your probationary period has been completed.
  • Experience
    • Would it be good if you had some experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing role? Perhaps. However, it is not essential. The team here will be on hand to train the right person from scratch. What matters far more than your CV is your attitude, reliability, and your ability to pick things up quickly.
