The Opportunity
Our client in Braintree is looking for a Production Operative to join their specialised precision component department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work within a stable and supportive team. While this role starts on a temporary basis, it is a long-term career path—successful candidates will transition to a permanent position following a 12-week probationary period.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation: Operating simple production machinery (full training is provided).
- Precision Handling: Working with small, intricate parts in a repetitive production environment.
- Quality Control: Visually inspecting products to ensure they meet strict specifications.
- Packing & Dispatch: Carefully boxing and preparing finished goods for delivery.
