The Opportunity

Our client in Braintree is looking for a Production Operative to join their specialised precision component department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work within a stable and supportive team. While this role starts on a temporary basis, it is a long-term career path—successful candidates will transition to a permanent position following a 12-week probationary period.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Machinery operation: operating simple production machinery (full training is provided).
