About the Role

All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a fast-growing, multi-site e-commerce company based in Haverhill, Suffolk, to recruit a dedicated Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the efficient processing of goods-in, checking deliveries for accuracy and quality.
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and confidently around the warehouse and yard.
  • Drive a forklift on public roads on occasion to move stock between the company's warehouse sites, in line with all road safety requirements.
  • Move, load, and unload stock between multiple warehouse locations in the local area.
  • Carry out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and organising stock.
  • Undertake heavy lifting as part of daily duties, following correct manual handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and support inventory control processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, keeping the working environment safe and tidy.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential.
