From concept through to completion, we provide lighting design, premium product specification and technical expertise to architects, interior designers, contractors and developers. Alongside our curated portfolio of decorative and architectural lighting products, we offer a comprehensive lighting design service. This includes concept lighting schemes, product specification, lighting layouts, technical guidance, control recommendations and project support from initial design stage through to final installation. Our aim is to help clients create beautifully considered spaces where lighting enhances the architecture, interior design and overall user experience.

This is a client-facing position focused on developing and growing the design and specification side of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our network within the architectural and interior design community, securing product specifications and driving project growth across high-end residential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
  • Actively generate new business opportunities within the lighting specification and design market.
  • Promote and specify All Square Lighting’s range of decorative and architectural lighting products.
  • Introduce and present All Square Lighting’s lighting design services to clients and project teams.
  • Provide technical product advice, lighting guidance and specification support.
  • Attend client meetings, showroom presentations, design meetings and site visits.
  • Work closely with the internal design and sales teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Support clients with lighting layouts, product selection, control considerations and project requirements.
  • Manage projects from initial enquiry through to final specification, quotation and order.
  • Represent the All Square Lighting brand professionally within the design and specification community.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within the lighting specification market.
  • Strong knowledge of the lighting industry, including decorative and architectural lighting.
  • Solid understanding of lighting products, technical considerations and project specification.
  • Experience working with architects, interior designers, consultants or contractors.
  • Confident presenting products, design services and specification proposals to clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
  • A genuine interest in design, interiors, architecture and high-quality lighting.
  • Based in or able to commute to our London showroom.
